Pomegranate, Beetroot & Cinnamon Shots

1 pomegranate, quartered, arils (seeds) removed

1 small beetroot (retain stalks if in-tact), scrubbed & cut into pieces

1 tsp cold-pressed flax seed oil

¼ tsp Ceylon cinnamon


Instructions

Push the pomegranate seeds and beetroot through a cold-press juicer. Add to a blender with the flax seed oil and cinnamon. Blitz for a few seconds until creamy. Pour into small glasses and enjoy straight away.
